Carpenter at heart, parchmenter at work, designer by taste, Mexican artist Ernesto Velázquez A. has been working goatskin as Galuchat parchment for years. Using a very personal technique, Velázquez has achieved unique masterworks that have been appreciated and collected throughout North America. Centro Cultural la Cúpula’s Department of Design consultant, Josué Ramos, shows these works of art together for the first time in the city of Mérida, Yucatán.
