Para vivir una vida ordenada todo proyecto tiene inicios: de ideas, de acciones y a veces de sueños. Me propuse esta vez un orden. Así que una idea es puesta en papel y se convierte en sueño. El desierto es un ser vivo y mi recuerdo de este está lleno de colores. Realidades y espejismos….Así que iniciemos.

La labor del curador es ir al estudio del artista y encontrar en su contenido la materia prima que se convertirá en una exposición. El trabajo de David Serrano siempre empieza por el dibujo. Me pareció primordial mostrarlo al público. Por primera vez el artista aceptó exponer sus inicios.

The curator’s work is going to the artist studio in order to dig out what is to become an exhibition. All of David Serrano’s works start with drawings. It seemed to me of most importance to show them. For the first time, the artist accepted to exhibit what he calls his inicios.
