Wake up and move! Stretch, breathe, find
new moves and break old habits.
Monday and Friday at 9am
The morning class is for people who wish to increase mobility and build strength. The practice includes the use of props to facilitate progress in the postures, simple breathing exercises and instruction in both Spanish and English.
