Mindfulness and yoga

The yoga workshop Hatha Vinyasa combines conscious breathing, fluidity and stillness, physical and energetic alignment, and focused mind that allows us to expand consciousness and approach a state of peace of mind and healthy body.

Monday and Wednesday at 9 a.m.

NB: Sensi will be absent from December 25th to January 9th (included). Classes will begin again on Wednesday, January 10th. 

Mobility and strength

Wake up and move! Stretch, breathe, find
new moves and break old habits.

Tuesday and thursday at 9am

The morning class is for people who wish to increase mobility and build strength. The practice will include the use of props to facilitate progress in the postures, simple breathing exercises and instruction in both Spanish and English.
