Peter Kim

Nacido en Corea del Sur, Peter Kim vive y trabaja en Nueva York. Como artista internacional, su trabajo ha sido expuesto en museos de Hong Kong, Corea del Sur, China, Francia, Italia y los Estados Unidos. También forma parte de importantes colecciones en Asia y Europa.

Más allá de la Memoria es el título de su primera exposición individual en México. Es el resultado de su residencia efectuada en el Centro Cultural la Cúpula en 2017. El encuentro de Peter Kim con la antigua civilización maya, es la florescencia de su imaginación más allá de la memoria. 

South Korean artist, Peter Kim lives and works in New York. As an international artist, his work has been shown in museums and galleries of Hong Kong, South Korea, China, France, Italy and the United States. It is also part of major collections in Asia and Europe.

Beyond Memory is the title of his first show in Mexico. It is the result of the artist residency he experienced at La Cúpula Cultural Center in 2017. The encounter of Peter Kim with the ancient Maya civilization is the blossoming of his imagination beyond memory.
